The Soul Warrior Wellbeing Garden - The Garden Shows, Festivals and Events. NEW for 2025
You are invited to explore a variety of events in the beautiful luna bell tent. I will be offering crystal bowl sound baths, guided story mediations, oracle card readings and beautiful products to enhance your experience at the shows. I am passionate about nature and the environment that we co-exist with so am delighted to share the frequencies of nature with you in a new way.
Relax, rest and rejeuvinate in the sumptuous tent; yoga mats, pillows, blankets and eye pillows are all provided. A warming complimentary tea will be offered at the end of our session.
You will be guided through a hypnotic story followed by a relaxing crystal bowl sound bath. Each story has been written with the beauty of our enchanting environment and the wellbeing of the body and spirit in mind.

I offer a range of healing therapies and treatments from my home in East Sussex. We will work together in a safe and welcoming space to release stress, anxiety, tension and stagnation through various modalities. Choose from Reiki, Sound Healing therapy, Indian Head Massage, Crystal Healing, Hypnotic Story Meditation, Yoga Nidra, Somatic Movement, and Dance.

During lockdown I spent my days connecting with women from all over the world, we came together in spirit and with love to write and collaborate on a magazine by women for women. The magazine called "Belles's Misadventures" delved into the Divine Feminine journey and our six senses. We shared stories , advice and our combined knowledge aroud taste, sight, sound, touch, smell and sensuality.
After two very well received editions packed full of resources and wonder, the magazine is being re-launced under the Soul Warrior brand, I like to think that Belle has met her soul warrior and they have joined together in a sacred marriage !

I cannot wait to share with you a new series of bespoke offerings including corporate wellbeing events, hen weekends, private parties, groups and clubs and mini retreats which have all been curated to bring together a community of like-hearted people in soulful practice.
I have taken my meditation and soundscape sessions into the NHS aswell as Foundry Healthcare Lewes and Newhaven. Designing bespoke corporate packages to bring relaxation into the workplace has been an exciting new addition to the work I offer. The beautiful lunar bell tent is the haven for the retreats, events and workshops. A portable hub for us to dance, move, meditate, laugh, sing and share in.
