I am so excited to be launching a new healing practice oriented around oracle card readings, crystal healing and guided sound and story meditations. This 75 minuite therapy, available as a 1:1 or in small groups will enable you to connect with what needs shifting and what you would like to bring into your life. 

A write up of your choosen cards from the decks we use, a soundtrack and journalling points are all included in a bespoke package. A comfortable and luxurious space is created for you to lay down and relax, with a welcoming tea and small gift.

I have recently launched a relaxing and releasing sound session which incorporates the use of crystals, aromatherpapy, tuning forks, crystal bowls and chimes. We begin with a relaxing foot bath, aromatherapy hand massage, followed by the use of tuning forks on the reflexology points of the feet, a gentle meditation and sound bath.

- Relaxes and realigns the body, heart and soul through the harmonic sound emmitted from the bowls. The bowls create feelings of peace and harmony to relieve, stress, tension and anxiety.

A warming herbal tea and space to sit quietly after is provided. Sessions are £55 per hour.
